A holiday classic that's almost as iconic as Buddy the Elf.
Cranberry has become famous around the holiday table. This wine is fermented with the whole berry which provides for a fruit forward wine that is very drinkable young. The innate bitterness of cranberries comes through with a hint of sweetness, and is balanced by a lingering dry, acidic finish.
Suggested food pairings: Perfectly-golden-brown Turkey Dinner, Roasted brussel sprouts with a creamy onion sauce, & soft, creamy cheeses.
