Shipping Across Canada:

Orders from $0 - $250 we charge $25 shipping per order

Orders over $250 get free shipping!

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to Quebec, New Brunswick, and The Territories.

Delivery Time:

All of our shipping orders are delivered priority through Canada Post. This generally means orders arrive at your doorstep 2-3 days after we ship out. Sometimes orders can take a little longer if it's over the weekend or the shipping address is more remote.

Will my wine freeze?

Canada Post guarantees that all orders remain above 0 degrees Celsius at all times, so your wine will never freeze while in transit.

Drop-Off

Canada Post first tries to deliver to your door, but you must be home to sign for it, as they are unable to leave wine outside someone's door. If you're not home when they deliver you should receive a note to pick up your package at the nearest post office.

Packaging

All of our orders are specially packaged by our wine shop team to ensure they arrive safe & secure. We use cardboard boxes with specialized wine bottle pulp inserts to make sure the bottles don't move in transit.

Breakage

We've shipped thousands of orders safely to happy customers. In the rare circumstance that your wine arrives any less than perfect please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll send you new bottles right away.

Recycling

Our packaging is 100% recyclable so we kindly request you recycle any packaging you receive.
